Nefertiti's Realm Self Meditation

A client asked how to self meditate. Here's a couple of very simple suggestions; Before you begin meditating, you will want to find a quiet place that is free of any distractions. Get comfortable; relax lay on your back with your hands to your sides or sit up right so that energy can flow freely up your spine in a lotus or half lotus position. State your goals and intentions. Close your eyes and zone in on your inner light. Emphasize your breathing. Take deep breaths. Inhale for a count of 10 exhale for a count of 10 three times and focus your attention on what it is that you desire to manifest or the answers to the questions you want to be guided towards in this reality.
